You deal directly with the person who works on your machines. Our commitments are written down, and we document everything, so your systems do not end up depending on us.

The same procedure for a home computer as for a small company’s server. Written diagnosis, quote, work, report.
Transparency
Prices are agreed before we start. If something is beyond us, we say so.

Passwords, diagrams and procedures are handed over. You can walk away with them at any time.
